If you’re an admin of both Facebook Pages, they have the same name, location, they should be both the old Facebook layout pages or both new layout pages, the one that will be deleted should not be the primary page of a Facebook business account, you may be able to merge them. This option is only available for Pages that represent the same thing and have similar names.
To merge your pages, please follow these steps:
- Click Settings at the top of the Page you want to keep.
- Click Merge Pages and click Merge duplicate Pages.
- Click to check the box next to the Page you want to merge.
- Click Merge Pages.
The people who like your Pages and any reviews, ratings, and check-ins will be combined, but all other content such as posts, photos, and the username will be permanently deleted from the Page you merge. Content on the Page you want to keep will remain unchanged, except for the addition of people who like your Page, reviews, ratings, and check-ins that were merged from the other page.
Important: The Page you don’t want to keep will be removed from Facebook, and you won’t be able to un-merge it.
Note: If you don’t see the option to merge your Pages, it means that your Pages can’t be merged at this time.
You can’t merge:
– Two Facebook Pages if they’re Global Pages.
– A verified Page into a Page that isn’t verified.
– A classic Page with a Page in the new Pages experience.
Can I merge any two Facebook Pages I have in my account?
You can only merge Pages for the same thing. If the destination page doesn’t authentically represent the Pages you want to merge, Facebook won’t be able to process the request.
What will happen to the Likes, Check-ins, Requests I have on the page I want to be merged to my destination page?
After Facebook processes your request, likes and check-ins will be combined on the destination Page. All other content such as posts, photos, and the username will be permanently deleted from the Pages you merged.
Can I Merge Two Facebook Pages that are under different Facebook Accounts?
No. You can only request merging accounts that are already showing under pages of your Facebook account and you must be the admin of both Facebook pages.
Is it possible to merge more than two accounts?
Yes. Technically there is no limit to the number of pages you want to merge as long as you meet the conditions specified by Facebook regarding merging Facebook accounts.
Is there any tool to merge multi duplicate Facebook accounts?
Yes. This option is provided by Facebook to facilitate the merging of Facebook accounts.
In order to use this facility:
- Make sure you are logged in to the Facebook account in which you have all the duplicate pages.
- Make sure you are an admin of all duplicate pages.
- Go to https://www.facebook.com/pages/merge.
- Select 2 Pages you want to merge and click Continue.
- Click Request Merge.
