These “Tips” on Yelp only show up on the mobile version of Yelp. Unfortunately, you cannot reply publicly to the “Tips” as you can with other reviews/comments in order to clarify the matter for the rest of the public to see. We suggest you click on the profile of the person who wrote the tip (you will have to do this on a mobile device) and there is an option to message them privately and directly. You may message them in an attempt to resolve the matter with the customer in hopes that they take the “Tip” down as it can potentially hurt your business.
